Welcome to Alameda County Health, Environmental Health Department (ACEHD), Environmental Protection Division. This site is designed to assist the public with finding resources and answering questions related to food safety and safe recreational swimming. This site may be used to file a food-borne illness complaint, a general food or recreational swimming complaint, search for inspection results, and learn how to obtain a permit to operate. Temporary Events

A Temporary Food Service Operation (TFSO) is a food service operation which is registered with the local Environmental Health Department operating within a permitted food facility for a temporary period.
