Program Information
The DREAMS Program, Desired Reproductive Health Access for Maternal Services provides client-centered case management to pregnant and interconception individuals and couples with a history of adverse pregnancy outcomes including a fetal or infant loss, multiple miscarriages, and pregnant individuals expecting a fetal loss.

- Bereavement support
- Care coordination in person or by telephone
- Community site or home visits by staff
- Information, education, and community outreach
- Accompaniment to providers
- Culturally competent Spanish/Mayan Mam trilingual services (Spanish/Mam)

Eligibility
Eligibility for the DREAMS includes:
- Women and birthing people
- Residents of Alameda County
- Low income / Medi-Cal eligible or Black/African American of any income and have one or more of the following:
- History of fetal / infant loss
- History of two or more miscarriages
- Pregnant women anticipating fetal demise
You can become a DREAMS participant in a number of ways:
- Contact us directly
- Through a referral from your clinic or hospital
- A referral from friends, family, or a community agency
The right time to sign up for DREAMS is before becoming pregnant, after losing a baby, during pregnancy, or simply when you are ready.
