Eligibility for the Program includes:

All pregnant women living in Alameda County who test positive for the Hepatitis B virus are eligible for our program. We communicate with physicians to find the families that need our help. We support:

• Pregnant women diagnosed positive for Hepatitis B
• Babies born to moms who have tested positive for Hepatitis B
• Household contacts and sexual partners of pregnant women who have tested positive for Hepatitis B
• Hospital staff where the baby is delivered
• Medical providers for serving chronically infected pregnant women and pediatric providers serving their babies
• Laboratories that perform Hepatitis B testing
