Opportunities To Help
- California Health Corps – Register for the California Health Corps, which is a State program for trained medical and healthcare workers to sign up and provide availability to assist in the COVID-19 response. Register Here
- Medical Surge Volunteer Sign Up – Register as a volunteer with the County of Alameda to assist with the COVID-19 response. Medically and non-medically trained volunteers will be needed. Register Here

- Chiropractic Requests – PPE Requests for Chiropractic offices will be managed through the California Chiropractic Association. Please proceed to the following link: Chiropractic Association PPE Request Form
- Dental And Related Requests – If you are providing dental/orthodontic care and are in need of supplies, please reach out to the Dental Societies that serve Alameda County with your requests. Links to those societies are below:

– Southern Alameda County Dental Society - Optometry/Ophthalmology Related Requests – Requests for emergency supplies for optometry or ophthalmologist offices will be managed through the Alameda, Contra Costa Counties Optometric Society (ACCCOS). - City of Berkeley – If your organization/facility is located within the City Of Berkeley and is in need of emergency supplies, please send an email to: berkeleymedhealth@cityofberkeley.info with your request.
- Storefront for requesting PPE and Medical Supplies Specific for COVID-19 – This storefront is for EMS Provider Agencies and Healthcare Facilities based in Alameda County to request personal protective equipment (PPE) or medical supplies related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Access the Storefront
To access this storefront, you must do the following:
- Request that an account be created by following the link above, clicking “Create Account,” and then completing the form with all of the requested information. Then click “Submit.” You will then receive an email confirming your request. You will not be able to view or request items during this step.
- You will receive a separate email confirming that your request for an account was approved.
- Once you have received an email stating that your account was approved, you will then be able to access the storefront and request items that are available.

- Resource Request Form for Medical Personnel Specific for COVID-19 – This form is for EMS Provider Agencies and Healthcare Facilities to request medically trained personnel to meet their staffing needs related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Request medically trained personnel
- Resource Requests for non-medical personnel, non-medical supplies and other items specific for COVID-19 should be submitted through your local city’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC). If the city can not fill the request they will escalate the request to the County. DO NOT SUBMIT A FORM THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.
